Money back guarantee & refund policy

As of February 20, 2015, 10% payment instrument (payment company) commission will be deducted from the amount to be refunded, and the remaining amount will be returned.

Shared Hosting : We offers a Seven (7) day money- back guarantee for  managed shared, and reseller hosting services only. This money-back guarantee only applies to fees paid for hosting services and does not apply to administrative fees, install fees for custom software or other setup fees, or to any fees for any other additional services. The fee for the days you use the service is deducted and the remaining fee is refunded.

VDS : Virtual Dedicated servers (VDS, Forex VPS) have a three (2) day money-back guarantee. There is no refund option in the opportunity plans sold within the scope of the campaign.

Cloud Server : Cloud Servers have a three (2) day money-back guarantee. There is no refund option in the opportunity plans sold within the scope of the campaign.

VPS : There are no refunds on (KVM VPS, Memory-Optimized, CPU-Optimized, Storage-Optimized, Multi-VPS) virtual private servers.

Dedicated Server : There are no refunds on dedicated servers

Network speed problems originating from the country you live in;
Payment cannot be refunded due to network speed problems originating from the country you live in. The network speeds we provide you are guaranteed speeds. You are guaranteed to get this speed in and around the country where the server is located. However, as in all parts of the world, the farther you are from the server location you purchased, the slower the network speed will be. For this reason, the speed test page is offered on the order page. It is your sole responsibility to test here before ordering.


Other reasons;

  • – Refund request will not be approved for service renewal payments and existing credits in your account.
  • – Refunds cannot be requested for reasons such as Wrong Package Order, Inadequate package features, incorrect operating system, installation problems of 3rd party software on the server. In such cases, you can open a support request, upgrade to the correct plan or request a different operating system.
  • – Refund policy will only apply to one account. If you have multiple accounts, you will be provided refund for only one of the accounts.
  • – Refunds are only allowed if given the approval of staff via support ticket or email service. Any unauthorized chargebacks will not be granted and you will be blacklisted from our service.
  • – Money-Back Guarantee isn’t valid for clients who violate any of our Service Policies. We have all the right to decline a refund when you are in violation.
  • – There is no refund option for payments made with Bitcoin and Altcoin.
