1.2. RDP Services: We offer a 1-day money-back guarantee for new RDP service subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our RDP services within the first 1 day after your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.
1.3. To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:
a. The request is made within the specified refund period.
b. Your account is in good standing, with no violations of our Terms of Service.
c. You have not previously received a refund for the same service.
